When you exit from CE with a project open, regardless of the state of the preference button to "reload working files on startup", the current project file is not reopened, nor are any of the files that were open from that project at time of exit.
If you open files manually (not from the project window), then open files from a project, then exit, the original files open again at startup (provided the reload etc option is ticked) but the project and related files do not.
This happens with project files created with previous CE versions and new project files.
Bug is consistent and recreatable.
