Enter the screen Preferences|Tools|User Tools in CE 3.72 beta release 241.
Configure a tool in the first tool position. Press "Save Tolls..." and name
it "hello". Now change the name and the definition of the tool in the first tool position, and keep that tool selected. Then press "Load Tools..." and choose to load hello.cmd. CE will now update the list but not the fields below it. This is clearly a bug.
